On Saturday, September 13^th, over 300 people, mostly from the Towns of Brookhaven and Islip, gathered to open the Caesar Trunzo for Senate Headquarters in Patchogue.

This was an enthusiastic group which included many elected officials, including Senators LaValle, Flanagan and Johnson.

All spoke of the importance of Caesar Trunzo remaining in the Senate and the importance of retaining a Republican majority in the Senate.  It was pointed out that if the Democrats were to control the state senate, all three top leaders in New York would be Manhattan Democrats.  The chances of Long Island retaining its fair share of school aid would be greatly diminished.

At the conclusion of the rally at Senator Trunzo’s Headquarters, volunteers went door to door with the Senator’s literature.  All reported a good reception for the Senator.
