The Suffolk County Republican Committee ("SCRC") is the representative body of the Republican Party in Suffolk County. Its officers are the Chairman, Vice-Chairman, Secretary and Treasurers, who are elected by the committeepersons.

The entire county committee consists of two committeepersons elected by Republican voters from each election district every two years for the purposes of promoting harmony, efficiency, success and the welfare of the Republican Party for the benefit of the people of Suffolk County.

The SCRC's Executive Committee consists of the four committee officers and the chairman and vice-chairman of each Town Committee. Suffolk County consists of 10 towns—Babylon, Brookhaven, East Hampton, Huntington, Islip, Riverhead, Shelter Island, Smithtown, Southampton and Southold—and each town has their own town committee and local leadership.
