If you are already registered to vote but need assistance, or are unsure if you are registered, contact the Suffolk County Board of Elections at

If you would like to request a voter registration form be mailed to you, call 1-800-FOR-VOTE or fill out the form below.
You may request an absentee ballot by filling out the absentee ballot request form and mailing it to the address below. For more information on absentee voting, click here.

We know as Republicans that our party is based upon important principles that our country and local communities need to find in their leadership to thrive.

We are the party of fresh ideas that and Suffolk County needs as many registered and active Republicans as possible to put those ideas into action! Registering is easy if you qualify. In order to qualify, you must:

  • be a United States citizen;
  • be 18 years old by December 31 of the year in which you file this form (note: you must be 18 years old by the date of the general, primary or other election in which you want to vote);
  • live at your present address at least 30 days before an election;
  • not be in jail or on parole for a felony conviction and;
  • not claim the right to vote elsewhere.
